Paella

Prawn                       15pcs

Mussel                      25pcs

Chicken leg              2pcs

Small cuttlefish       300g

Tomato                     500g

Onion                       300g

Red capsicum          100g

Garlic                        15g

Rice                           500g

Olive oil                    40ml

Saffron                     2g

Chicken stock          550ml

Hot pan add olive oil and chicken leg get brown nicely. Add mussel, cuttlefish and prawn for sauté few minutes. Put some white wine. Add onion, tomato, capsicum and garlic also sauté few minutes. Add rice, saffron and chicken stock. Test it down.

青口贝             25pcs

鸡腿块             400g

墨鱼仔             300g

蕃茄丁             500g

洋葱碎             300g

甜椒块             100g

大蒜碎             15g

优质米             500g

橄榄油             40g

藏红花             2g

鲜鸡汤             550m

将平底锅烧热放入橄榄油,煎鸡腿和各种海鲜上色,放入白葡萄酒收干,下洋葱蕃茄和甜椒及大蒜炒匀,放入大米鸡汤和藏红花拌匀,试味后加盖子焖熟即可
